Luxembourg, October 2025 — The European Parliament is entering a new phase in its IT operations, confirming Cronos Europa as one of its trusted partners for digital and infrastructure services. The renewed collaboration, under the 4YOU Consortium with Fujitsu, CTG ITS and DEEP (by POST Group), reinforces a long-standing relationship built on reliability, performance and innovation.

For years, Cronos Europa has supported the Parliament’s digital backbone — ensuring continuity across critical systems while introducing innovation in automation, data management and IT service delivery.

A partnership built on complementarity

The 4YOU Consortium brings together four complementary leaders in European ICT:

· Cronos Europa — ensures continuity and innovation with profound institutional knowledge, proven transition experience and multidisciplinary expertise in Digital Services, Data & AI, Communication, Information Integrity, Cybersecurity and IT Operations.

· Fujitsu — contributes scale and maturity through its European delivery network, offering robust cloud, infrastructure and end-user solutions, backed by over 500 professionals across Belgium, Luxembourg and Spain.

· CTG ITS — specialises in public-sector ICT, with strong credentials in service-desk operations, infrastructure support and testing, ensuring reliable service management across EU institutions.

· DEEP (by POST Group) — strengthens the consortium with sovereign capabilities and a strong local presence in Luxembourg, delivering Tier IV-certified data centres, cybersecurity and automation expertise that enhance digital autonomy and resilience.

Together, the partners deliver an integrated, European-centred service model that balances continuity with innovation — perfectly aligned with the Parliament’s strategy for resilience, sovereignty and operational agility.

Future-focused collaboration

This new phase introduces a more flexible, volume-driven IT model, allowing services to scale dynamically with institutional priorities while maintaining performance and accountability. It paves the way for a progressive transformation toward an AI Ops-driven, data-informed environment that enables proactive monitoring, automation and measurable service excellence.

“Our consortium’s name, 4YOU, says it all — we are here for the EU, for the European Parliament, for our client,” adds Mariam Sourroukh, Business Development Director of Cronos Europa. “That dedication is what defines us — combining innovation with reliability to help Europe’s Institutions move confidently into the future.”
