Our colleague, Mihai, head of Cronos Europa’s Digital Services Division recently shared how PM² has become an integral part of our toolkit during a conference about its practical application.
On 30 October 2025, project management professionals from across Europe tuned in to PM² in Action, a dynamic online event focused on real-world applications of PM².
Organised by the PM² Group, a not-for-profit community supporting the methodology’s adoption, the conference featured a talk-show format, broadcasting live and showcasing real stories, lessons learned, and tangible impact.
The programme included a “State of the Union” update, the launch of the PM² Practitioner certification, and the unveiling of the PM² for Africa initiative. Attendees also benefited from case study presentations and a live expert panel discussion with seasoned practitioners.
Among the contributors was Mihai Mitru from Cronos Europa’s Digital Services Division, who shared insights on applying PM² in digital project delivery for European institutions. His presentation highlighted practical adaptations of PM² artefacts and workflows to meet the specific needs of EU clients.
