Social media in the EU bubble is evolving fast. On 15 April 2025, we partnered with European Campaign Playbook to explore how communications teams across EU institutions can keep up. In a full room of communication professionals, we unpacked what’s working, what’s not, and how to get more impact from the tools already in play.

The session focused on turning insight into action—how to use data and digital tools not just to report results, but to shape them.
